HOTELS, RESORTS, DMCs AND GROUND OPERATORS
We are contracting now, and we place you by hand.
Xrise Adventures builds named group trips — one property, fixed dates, a block of rooms, a single point of contact. We are signing the first properties now.
Where we actually are
- → Xrise is a trading company in Austin, Texas. Our marketplace brand, Xrise Experiences, is live and taking real bookings from real operators today.
- → Adventures is new. We have no contracted properties yet — that is what this page is for, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
- → We will not put your property into a bookable plan until the rates and terms are agreed in writing.
What we bring
A block, not thirty strangers
On group trips you get one booking on fixed dates with a rooming list and a single point of contact, instead of thirty reservations arriving and cancelling independently.
Dates you choose
We build around inventory that is hard to sell. Tell us your soft weeks and we will aim travellers at them rather than asking for your peak.
One payer
Travellers pay us individually; you invoice us. You are not chasing twenty cards or handling twenty refunds.
Honest demand signals
We will tell you how many people have actually asked for your destination. If the answer is small we will say the number rather than describe it as strong interest.
Commercials
We work on standard trade commission, agreed per property at contracting. We are not publishing a single headline rate before we have signed anything — a number on a web page that we then renegotiate on every call is worth nothing to either of us.
Travellers pay Xrise for their own individual spots. Xrise settles with you against the agreed allocation and terms. You are dealing with one counterparty.
We will not ask you to fund a discount we advertised without telling you, and we will not list your property at a rate you have not agreed. The traveller-facing promise is that the price quoted is the price paid, which only works if the supply side is equally fixed.
Allocation, release dates, cancellation terms, deposit schedule and payment timing are all agreed in the contract, not here.
